Customer Service and the Business of Meaningful Relationships
LINKY FRIDAY 2009 (week 3)

LINKY FRIDAY 2009 (week 2)

by Peter on January 9, 2009

LINKY FRIDAY’s is the place where I will list all the interesting and relevant blogs I find throughout the week. There is soo much information at our finger tips that it would be just plain wrong to horde it. Nothing gets me more mad than when someone knows information that another can benefit from and does nothing. Think customer service rep who has the permission and ability to make things right but does not! I was always taught, “Do not say to your neighbor, ‘Come back later; I’ll give it tomorrow,’ when you now have it with you.” you have to see this. A friend of mine created me one and one for “G” and I. There is one pretty much for everyone…even your family. It’s just like putting your face in those live cut-outs but better. If you’re someone who likes to change your profile pic or gravatar then this is the place for you.

Things I’ve Learned and Loved in 2008 bTim Ferris (author of the book “4 hour work week“).

This is a post has so great practical insight in having a great perspective for 2009. There are a number of resources that you will find helpful. If you don’t let me know because I would certainly like to know.

The Funniest and most graphic Review ever on about the book, “the secret”

Here is an excerpt from the review: “Here is a little of the review by  At age 36, I found myself in a medium security prison serving 3-5 years for destruction of government property and public intoxication. This was stiff punishment for drunkenly defecating in a mailbox but as the judge pointed out, this was my third conviction for the exact same crime. I obviously had an alcohol problem and a deep and intense disrespect for the postal . . .”

Wine Library TV with Gary Vaynerchuk

If you haven’t heard this guy then you’re missing out. I don’t drink wine but he is so animated that I will sit and learn about this man’s passion. SIDE NOTE: not matter what you’re interested in, if you are passionate about it you are going to draw others in.

Craig Allan Teich of

What has impressed me with Craig is how he combines his passion for tech and his passion for life. Check out what he has to say and subscribe to his list and RSS.

Well that’s what I looked over this past week. Thanks for stopping by and if you have any suggestion of some good sites that I haven’t seen…then comment about them.

Talk to you soon!
