What Is Google Wave: I Have A Few Invites

by Peter on December 1, 2009

Google Wave is some awesomeness that is going to change the way groups communicate through email and the efficiency of inviting people into a project that has a boat load of previous email communications.  Imagine working with a few people on a project for a few weeks. Because of time restraints and geography you have to communicate mostly via email. Everyone is CC’d and can keep up with what is going on and delegation of responsibilities is tolerable. Well, what happens when you have two or three more people coming into the project? Do you just send them all the emails before and then have to send new email explaining additional or changed responsibilities. This would be a nightmare! Enter googlewave. In short, it is a place where you can communicate in real time on any project…yes and even chat. No more searching for email … just go to googlewave and see what’s going on. I have given you the super short of it but here are some vids from youtube that will explain the power of it better then I can. Enjoy. OH…I DO HAVE A FEW INVITES SO IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET ON THE LIST PLEASE SAY IN YOUR COMMENT YOU WANT ONE!!!

Thank you so much for that little blurb. It sounds like it’s going to be a huge hit and boy, I would really find that oodles of useful. I’d love an invite, if you can spare one.
